Housing Stability Case Manager (Diversion First)

Shelter House, Inc is seeking a Diversion First Case Manager to manage a caseload of 18-19 households in the Diversion First PSH program. The role focuses on housing stability through trauma-informed, strengths-based case management and close collaboration with the CSB and partner agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s in human services or related field, 2+ years of experience, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.
