Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Executive Leadership Opportunity | Industrial Services
A rapidly growing national industrial services contractor is seeking an accomplished Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead the company's next phase of growth. This executive will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategy and scaling the organization into a national industry leader.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO will drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions while building a high-performing, scalable sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's revenue growth strategy.
- Lead and develop a national sales organization while driving accountability and performance.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Improve pricing strategy, forecasting, CRM utilization, and sales processes.
- Evaluate project costs, margins, budgets, and financial performance to drive profitable growth.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to execute long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership, including leading multi-level sales organizations.
- Proven success growing revenue for a $25M–$200M industrial, construction, commercial services, or facility services company.
- Experience scaling organizations through organic growth, geographic expansion, acquisitions, or new service offerings.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience costing work, analyzing margins, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
