MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER)

Job TitleJob DescriptionYou will coordinate and monitor the execution of the U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) directed Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force (MPRF) Force Structure Program.You will coordinate the recommendations of the USFF, COMNAVAIRFOR, Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE), Program Offices, CPRG Staff and subordinates and supported commands to ensure optimum structure of all units.You will develop a coordinated strategy to implement the MPRF Force Structure Program to include new unit establishments, reorganizations, strength increases, and disestablishments, through the Fiscal Year Defense Plan (FYDP) period.You will formulate MPRF position and briefs senior leaders of OPNAV, USFF, NAE, CNAF, etc., on strategic objectives, problem areas, in-process developments and recommendations.You will review and recommend approval of current year MPR force structure actions for execution.You will assesses the impact of resourcing decisions on the execution of force structure actions and ensure coordination of force structure adjustments due to resourcing decisions.You will provide specific guidance regarding manpower procedures, analysis techniques, and development of manpower requirements to CPRG staff members and subordinate activities.
