As we grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented ABA Scheduler to help ensure that our clients receive consistent services and our providers have well-organized schedules.

Position Summary

The ABA Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating therapy schedules for clients and ABA providers (BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians). This role manages daily scheduling changes, works closely with families and staff, and helps maintain efficient, accurate schedules across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain ABA therapy schedules for clients and providers across Autism 360’s service areas.

• Schedule and update appointments, sessions, and reassessments in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) / scheduling system.

• Communicate schedule changes promptly to families, clinicians, and leadership.

• Monitor cancellations and no-shows; follow up with families and staff to reduce gaps in services.

• Match client needs with provider availability, training level, and geographic location.

• Support new client onboarding by setting initial assessment and treatment start dates.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure appropriate hours and caseload distribution.

• Track and report scheduling trends, capacity, and coverage needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Autism 360 policies and payer requirements.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to families via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, medical office, or ABA/behavioral health setting preferred.

• Strong computer skills and comfort working in scheduling systems, EHRs, or practice management software.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic style.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with ABA therapy, autism services, or healthcare terminology is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: 45,000–60,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
