Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials

• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based behavioral practices
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans in educational environments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support LRE for students with disabilities
• Collect and analyze student data, adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide coaching and training to school staff and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulations
