A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to take on a contract role in a supportive school setting near Clinton, TN. Here, you’ll collaborate closely with educators and school leaders to promote a Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), ensuring every child has equal access to learning and growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials
• Previous experience in a school or educational environment, especially with students with disabilities
• Strong understanding of LRE principles and commitment to advancing inclusive practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Proven ability to collect and analyze behavioral data for informed decision-making
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized behavioral intervention plans to support SWD
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement and monitor intervention strategies
• Provide direct support, coaching, and modeling of behavior interventions in classroom settings
• Maintain detailed behavior data and prepare progress reports
• Facilitate communication between families, teachers, and related service providers
• Advocate for best practices in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments
