Job Overview:
Pay Range: $14.02hr - $19.02hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a five-9 telephone system for routing multi-department calls.
- Provide customer service by greeting customers at the point of entry to the department.
- Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Scan physical documents to PDF format.
- Perform electronic filing and organize files for digital storage.
- Index boxes of files and prepare them for scanning.
- Open and sort daily mail.
- Assist with additional administrative projects as needed.
