Every team member contributes to our shared mission of providing an exceptional experience from the first interaction through every stage of care.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team membersSchedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently and accuratelyBecome proficient in practice software systems for scheduling and patient communicationsWelcome and assist patients during check-in and check-outProcess payments, and assist with end-of-day reconciliationsSchedule follow-up appointments, check schedules for accuracy and ensure all appointments have been confirmedMaintain a welcoming, organized, and comfortable reception areaAssist with general administrative and office responsibilities as neededQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanorPrior experience in a medical office, hospitality, luxury retail, or other high-touch customer service environmentPreferred:Knowledge of aesthetic, cosmetic, or medical terminologyExperience working in a plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or healthcare settingProficiency with Microsoft Office, and Google suites.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detailCompensation & Benefits:The salary range for this role is $24.00–$32.57 per hour based on full-time employment. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
