Responsibilities include monitoring on-going medical needs of residents in group home settings. Performs nursing assessments, develops and implements nursing care plans and other clinical documentation.

Position Requirements - Requires license as LVN in the State of Texas; IDD nursing experience preferred; on-call capabilities, primarily triaging by phone after hours; basic word processing, spreadsheet, and computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
