You assist the General Manager in running shifts, fostering teamwork, role modeling excellent behaviors while serving quality food, delivering great service in a clean and safe environment.

What We Expect From You
Assistant Managers must have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience. Be highly motivated, have strong supervisory, organizational and communication skills and works well with a team. Assistant managers provide direction, training and leadership that is required to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and that each shift they oversee achieves its business goals.
