This includes marinating, seasoning, and ensuring that the chicken is cooked to perfection over an open flame.Cooking and Grilling: Execute the cooking and grilling of various dishes following Cowboy Chicken's recipes and guidelines. Ensure that all food is prepared to meet our high-quality standards and taste expectations.Timely Execution: Work efficiently during busy service hours to ensure that orders are prepared and cooked promptly, maintaining smooth kitchen operations and delivering timely meals to our guests.Ingredient Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining the inventory of ingredients, ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available for food preparation.Quality Control: Monitor the quality of food products at each stage of preparation, ensuring that they meet Cowboy Chicken's standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.Kitchen Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food stations, equipment, and storage areas.
