From planning themed parties and outings to crafting personalized activities that bring smiles, you'll make each day brighter -- and have fun doing it!What You'll Do:Develop and lead purposeful, meaningful activities that celebrate residents' individuality.Collaborate with the team to create a monthly calendar full of opportunities for connection and joy.Organize local trips and community events -- from scenic drives to shopping adventures.Build relationships with local organizations to bring resources and entertainment into our community.Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care to everything you do.What You'll Bring:1 year experience working with seniors or in activity programs.
