Maintenance Technician - FULL TIME

Shift: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Hourly Rate: $32.40 an hour + $.50 shift differential
reliable operations at the Conagra Brands - Menomonie, Wisconsin manufacturing
plant. You will perform maintenance activities that support production, food
safety, and quality while working in an industry‑leading safety environment. base rate for this role is $32.40 per hour, with over $5 per hour available
This role is paid weekly on Fridays, includes
daily overtime eligibility in addition to weekly overtime, double time on
Sundays per eligibility, and the option to cash out unused vacation hours. Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Disability.
Maximum annual out of pocket for medical is $2,000 for Family coverage...claims
Two Retirement Plans: 401K and Pension. Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, layout,
and fabrication maintenance work Repair equipment and perform preventive and
predictive maintenance activities Troubleshoot, analyze, and implement
diagnostic equipment, including machine shop and fabrication equipment Follow
plant and department safety rules, administrative processes, and documentation
procedures Support other maintenance team members and complete additional duties
responsibility for food safety and quality Follow direction provided by Crew
Your Success Mechanical and electrical experience appropriate for general
maintenance work Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment
Strong collaboration skills with maintenance, production, and leadership teams
to work across varying levels of maintenance complexity Physical Requirements
