Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather. Full-time position. Schedule: Sunday: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday/Tuesday: 2:00pm - 10:30pm Daily job duties and responsibilities: Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms and elevators, etc. Maintenance Painting Other duties as assigned by manager Requirements Requirements: Must be dependable Must be a self-starter Must be an independent worker Must pass background check and drug screen Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in all elements of weather conditions, sit, stand, walk, kneel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crawl, talk, hear, push, pull, grasp, use hands and fingers, have clear vision and lift up to 50 pounds.
