Position Overview

Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a range of ultrasound examinations encompassing abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging

• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Function and maintain imaging equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Record procedures accurately and manage patient records using the electronic medical record system

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
