About the role:

You'll handle residential and light commercial plumbing service calls including repairs, replacements, and diagnostics — all while delivering world-class customer service.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems (residential/light commercial)
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations (water heaters, drains, fixtures, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
- Use company-provided tools, equipment, and tablets for job tracking and invoicing
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and work vehicle
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of plumbing experience required
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to grow
- Relevant plumbing license or ability to obtain one (a plus)
