Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. What You’ll Do: Completes in-home Plumbing service calls and gets the job right the first time Establish customer rapport to offer solutions, provide the right service, and create a “You’re my go-to company” relationship Communicate with multiple departments within the organization to provide optimal customer service Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events Other duties as assigned What You’ll Need: Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader A Clean, Safe Driving Record, Background Check, and Drug Screen High School Diploma or GED About Us: Air Temp Solutions is a family-owned, 5-star rated company in the DE, MD, and PA areas.
