Production Technician – Dry Cast Concrete

Concretti Designs | Las Vegas, NV
Starting Pay: $17/hour during training then $19/hour after successful completion of 2-week training period
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6AM-2PM

Concretti Designs is looking for a motivated Production Technician to join our Dry Cast Concrete team. In this role, you will help manufacture a variety of handcrafted concrete products, including planters, fountains, seating, and decorative concrete pieces.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing quality work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare concrete ingredients according to established formulas
• Mix dry-cast concrete and other materials
• Prepare, clean, and maintain molds for production
• Pour, pack, form, and hand-finish concrete products
• Grind, sand, patch, and perform other finishing work as needed
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Clean and maintain production equipment and molds
• Assist with moving and organizing materials and finished products
• Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and company standards
• Perform general warehouse and production duties as needed
• Work cooperatively with other members of the production team

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• Experienced working with and mixing concrete
• Familiar with concrete finishing techniques
• Comfortable performing physically demanding, hands-on work
• A self-starter who can stay productive without constant supervision
• A problem solver who can identify issues and find practical solutions
• A reliable team player who works well with others
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Able to follow instructions, measurements, and production specifications
• Comfortable learning new techniques and processes
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with concrete is required
• Experience mixing and finishing concrete is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in concrete manufacturing, masonry, casting, construction, or a similar hands-on trade is a plus
• Ability to safely lift and move materials and finished products
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the workday
• Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• $17/hour during the two-week training period
• $19/hour after successful completion of training
• PTO available after the applicable vesting period

• Performance and pay evaluations twice per year
