Responsibilities Provide Finance support for Medline ReadyCare manufacturing facilities Analyze production volumes, control manufacturing expenses, and review capital expenditures Develop annual operating budget and forecasts Perform variance analysis by investigating drivers Collaborate with product divisions and manufacturing staff to drive profitability Conduct monthly/quarterly financial business reviews Requirements High School Diploma At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis At least 1 year of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment At least 1 year of experience providing financial advice and counsel to P&L/business owners Experience leading profit improvement initiatives Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and other ERP financial systems Hard Skills financial planning financial reporting financial analysis cost accounting variance analysis budget development profit improvement manufacturing expense control capital expenditure review profitability analysis Soft Skills collaboration communication leadership analytical thinking problem-solving Certifications & Qualifications High School Diploma #J-18808-Ljbffr
