ERP Systems Analyst - Manufacturing

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of experience supporting, administering, implementing, or analyzing ERP systems.
• We need experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• We need a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, including inventory management, purchasing, production operations, order-to-cash or quote-to-cash, and material planning.
• We need experience working with reports, dashboards, and data analysis tools.
• We need basic SQL or database query experience.
• We need strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• We need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• We need the ability to train, support, and build strong relationships with end users.

• Preferred: experience with ERP platforms such as Epicor Kinetic, Epicor Prophet 21, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Acumatica, NetSuite, JD Edwards, QAD, Plex, or similar systems.
• Preferred: experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations.
• Preferred: experience with ERP reporting, dashboard development, workflow automation, or system configuration.
• Preferred: knowledge of manufacturing costing, inventory control, and production planning processes.

• We provide day-to-day support for ERP users across manufacturing and business operations.
• We troubleshoot ERP issues and respond to user requests through the ticketing system.
• We assist with ERP implementation, migration, testing, and deployment activities.
• We support user adoption through training, documentation, and process guidance.
• We create and maintain reports, dashboards, and system queries.
• We work with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancement opportunities.
• We assist with data validation, data cleanup, and system maintenance.
• We coordinate with external ERP consultants and vendors on advanced support requests and projects.
• We document business processes, workflows, and system procedures.
• We serve as a trusted resource for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, and operational teams.
