We have been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years, with 5 locations in Texas where we offer results‑driven, medical‑grade aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials. We’re scaling rapidly and seek a Clinic Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a small team, and optimize operations with unmatched precision. Key Responsibilities Achieve minimum of $40k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling. Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision. Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction. Train and manage 1–2 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence. Support marketing to boost leads and visibility. What We Offer $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year. Skilled Aesthetician: Expert in Laser Hair Removal and CoolSculpting. Structured Leader: Thrives in protocol‑driven, high‑accountability settings. Self‑Starter: Aligns with leadership, committed to integrity. Who Should NOT Apply? If you avoid sales quotas or feel like sales approaches are “pushy”. If your only sales experience is retail/cashier/cosmetic based. If you are not comfortable working closely with client’s bodies in a medical manner, you won’t succeed here.
