This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships with new contacts, and working toward measurable sales and outreach goals. You will connect with nonprofit organizations, schools, and businesses to introduce a membership program that can be offered as an added employee benefit. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to businesses, schools, and nonprofit organizations. Introduce and explain membership programs and related benefits. Connect with HR, benefits, administrative, and organizational decision-makers. Educate prospective partners on available fundraising opportunities. Follow up with interested contacts and move opportunities through the sales process. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up activity. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Qualifications Comfortable making outbound cold calls throughout the day. Previous inside sales, outbound sales, business development, call center, membership sales, or fundraising experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working independently in both office and remote settings. Organized and able to manage follow-up activity effectively. Schedule This is a hybrid contract position through October 30, 2026. During the assignment, employees will work approximately 2–3 days per week onsite in Marlborough and the remaining days remotely.
