About the Role:

You own how Beuta sells online. Amazon and are yours end to end: the catalog, the inventory, the launches, the promotions, and the reporting that tells the whole company what's working. You'll manage our Amazon advertising specialist and our development agency, and you'll work daily with our shipping, warehouse, content, and customer service teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy with company leadership, then execute it yourself and through the people around you. It is not a position for someone who only wants to manage agencies and review dashboards. When a listing gets suppressed, a truck needs scheduling, or a launch date is at risk, you're the one who fixes it.

You'll also connect the channels. What customers tell us on calls and in returns should show up in our listings, packaging, and product decisions. What ad performance tells us should shape what we launch next. You're the person who makes sure those loops close.

What You'll Own:

Shopify & Conversion

The site is where the brand lives. You keep it converting, accurate, and compliant.

• Manage the storefront: product pages, collections, navigation, and site merchandising

• Scope and prioritize site updates with internal and agency developers, and review work before release

• Own apps, integrations, and order-routing settings between Shopify, ShipStation, and Amazon

• Maintain tracking and consent integrity, and keep the site current on cookie consent, privacy notices, accessibility standards, and required product and pricing disclosures, coordinating remediation with the development agency

• Manage the loyalty and reviews program in Okendo

Amazon & Marketplace Growth

• Maintain listings, catalog data, and A+ Content across all active ASINs, plus the Beuta Brand Store

• Manage FBA and FBM inventory: replenishment, stockout prevention, FC routing, and shipment planning

• Execute FBA shipments end to end, from shipment plans and FNSKU and carton labels through case-pack and prep requirements, pallet configuration, truckload planning, and pickup scheduling with our warehouse team

• Manage our Amazon advertising specialist: set priorities, review performance, and approve budget shifts

• Get suppressed or removed listings reinstated quickly, working cases with Seller Support and Brand Registry and supplying required documentation

Product Launches & Promotions

Every launch and promo runs through you, on both channels, on schedule.

• Own new product launches end to end: keyword research, listing creation, indexing checks, and launch advertising on Amazon; page build and QA, templates, variant setup, and structured data on the site

• Confirm imagery, copy, pricing, and inventory are correct and live on schedule for every launch

• Prepare both channels for sales and promotional events: discount and offer setups, pricing and merchandising updates, landing pages and banners, and confirming the site holds up under peak traffic

• Manage direct mail campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

You own the numbers leadership reads, and you explain them, not just forward them.

• Track analytics across all channels and keep reporting current

• Update and maintain the performance scorecard on a daily and weekly cadence

• Report on sales, returns, ad efficiency, and email performance, and flag variances with a point of view on why they happened

Customer Experience & Service

Service is part of the brand, and what we hear from customers feeds everything above.

• Maintain CS tooling, queues, and coverage in Zendesk

• Produce weekly CS scorecards and monitor response and resolution performance

• Route returns and customer feedback into listing content, packaging, and product fixes

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years running ecommerce across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, with real ownership of channel results

• Hands-on FBA logistics experience: shipment plans, labeling, prep requirements, and inventory forecasting

• Experience launching new products online, from listing build through launch advertising

• A track record managing specialists, contractors, or agencies against clear priorities and budgets

• Fluency in Google Analytics 4 and spreadsheet-based reporting; comfortable owning a scorecard the leadership team reads every week

• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and ecommerce compliance requirements

• Comfortable using AI applications to work faster and smarter while still maintaining the human element with customers

• Experience with Helium 10, Klaviyo, ShipStation, Okendo, Zendesk, direct mail, or reading Liquid and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. We don't expect one person to be an expert at everything

• Reporting and marketing: Google Sheets, Prescient AI, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, PostPilot, Asana, Google Workspace

• Customer service: Zendesk Support and Zendesk Talk

The Person We're Looking For:

You take ownership. If something isn't working, you investigate it. You notice the suppressed listing before anyone tells you about it.

You finish things. Launches ship on the date we announced. Projects don't sit because you drive to completion.

You work at both altitudes. You can build a shipment plan in Seller Central in the morning and walk leadership through channel performance in the afternoon.

You connect the dots. You see Amazon, the site, reporting, and customer service as one business, and you move what you learn in one channel into the others.

What Success Looks Like:

Within your first few months, you can run every recurring task in this role without help, the scorecard is current and trusted, and you've taken at least one product launch from build to live while leading the charge. From there, the standard is simple. xhyhwjd At any point, you can tell us what's working, what's not, why, and what you're doing about it. When performance drops, you bring the diagnosis and a plan, not just the report.
