Job DescriptionYou are an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience. Your warm, personal attention and knowledge of our outstanding offerings makes guests feel unique and valued.
Responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Craftone-of-kind andcocktails and assist with seasonal menus
- Implementnew, sustainableingredients and new techniques
- Beverage training development and batching
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
- Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of hotel bar program
- Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
- Other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing:
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications

- Previous service experience an asset
- Previous point of sale system experience an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Minimum 4-5 years of high-volume, craft cocktail bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Advanced knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, flavor balancing, and seasonal menu development
- Proficient in house-made ingredients ,including syrups, shrubs, infusions, and tinctures
- Skilled in clarification techniques (e.g., milk clarification, agar clarification, centrifuge methods) to produce refined, consistent cocktails
- Strong understanding of spirits, wine, and beer, with the ability to educate staff and guests
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and beverage cost control
- Ability to create and maintain pars, prep lists, and standardized recipes for consistency and efficiency
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop bartenders and barbacks
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards behind the bar
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest engagement and hospitality mindset, with a focus on elevated service standards
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
