Owning the operational and technical execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns, the full-time CRM Production Manager will manage audience logic, campaign production, and journey architecture while ensuring data integrity and compliance in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and execute complex multi-channel CRM campaigns across various platforms, translating business goals into automated customer experiences Serve as the subject matter expert for CRM channels, ensuring high standards for QA, personalization, and data integrity Continuously improve production workflows and playbooks, documenting best practices and ensuring team adoption Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in multi-channel CRM production Deep understanding of ESP and CDP ecosystems, with experience in platforms like Iterable, Braze, or Hightouch preferred Strong knowledge of email governance, compliance, and deliverability best practices Proven ability to analyze CRM performance signals and translate insights into actionable strategies Experience in building and managing complex customer journeys and workflows across CRM technology stacks
