This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Manager based in Brazil.

This role leads the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of CRM initiatives, connecting customer engagement strategies with broader business objectives. You will serve as a key strategic partner for clients and stakeholders, guiding high-level discussions and presenting business results. The position combines people leadership, project management, operational governance, and performance optimization. You will work across CRM, Media, Data, and Technology teams to create integrated customer experiences and drive measurable outcomes. A strong focus on analytics will help translate KPIs such as conversion, revenue, retention, and ROI into actionable recommendations. You will also identify opportunities across journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, and emerging technologies. The role offers a dynamic environment for an experienced CRM leader who can balance strategic vision with operational excellence.

Accountabilities:

The CRM Manager will oversee the strategy, people, clients, projects, and operational processes supporting CRM programs, ensuring that initiatives remain aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.

• Lead CRM strategy, connecting initiatives, priorities, and investments with client business objectives.

• Lead, develop, and coach team members, providing feedback, monitoring performance, and supporting professional growth.

• Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, leading meetings, executive presentations, results discussions, and stakeholder alignment.

• Manage operational performance by overseeing priorities, resources, capacity, deadlines, risks, quality, and delivery predictability.

• Plan and monitor CRM projects, ensuring alignment between scope, timelines, resources, and expected outcomes.

• Track CRM and business KPIs, including conversion, revenue, retention, and ROI, and translate data into recommendations and action plans.

• Identify opportunities for new customer journeys, automation, segmentation, personalization, and channels that can improve CRM maturity and business results.

• Develop integrated CRM and Media strategies by connecting data, audiences, and customer insights throughout the consumer journey.

• Apply knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Insider One to ensure CRM platforms are used strategically and effectively.

• Establish quality assurance, documentation, governance, and operational best practices to prevent errors and continuously improve delivery standards.

• Identify new technologies, processes, and opportunities that can increase operational efficiency and create business impact.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong CRM leadership experience combined with strategic thinking, client management capabilities, and a solid understanding of customer engagement technologies and performance metrics.

• Proven experience in CRM strategy and CRM operations management.

• Experience leading, developing, and coaching teams.

• Experience managing projects, priorities, resources, and operational capacity.

• Knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Insider One.

• Strong analytical, strategic, and business-oriented mindset.

• Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders.

• Ability to connect CRM initiatives with revenue, conversion, retention, and ROI.

• Knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, automation, and personalization.

• Understanding of CRM quality assurance and governance processes.

• Ability to work across CRM, Media, Data, and Technology functions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead strategic discussions and executive-level presentations.

• Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical strategies and actionable plans.
