Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Documentation Support team supporting engineering and technical documentation processes.

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Secaucus, NJ (Onsite)

Pay rate: $40 per hour

What's the Job?

• Publish and manage engineering documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers and subject matter experts to obtain approvals and validate document content.
• Handle large volumes of documents, including metadata entry and version control.
• Follow established documentation processes and workflows to ensure timely publication.
• Assist with the development of additional technical documents as needed, supporting continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience or Master's degree with 1+ years of experience in technical writing or related fields.
• Experience in publishing structured technical documents and managing document workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high-volume document processing.
• Proactive follow-up and coordination skills to work effectively with engineers and SMEs.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, drawings, and metadata management is preferred.
