Learn more: Job Title Intact Family Caseworker (Hybrid) Location Cook County, IL (Hybrid) Salary $56,992 annually + full benefits Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate Intact Family Caseworker to provide in-home case management services for families involved with DCFS. This role focuses on ensuring child safety, strengthening family stability, and supporting timely case closure. This is a hybrid role with both fieldwork and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Provide in-home case management and conduct weekly home visits Complete family assessments and monitor child safety and progress Maintain timely case documentation and meet DCFS requirements Support families in meeting goals and achieving case closure Participate in supervision, staffing meetings, and on-call rotation Transport clients and attend court hearings as needed Travel throughout Cook County Preferred CWEL certification CERAP certification Experience working with adolescents What We Offer Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits Hybrid work environment Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, team-oriented culture
