Work Environment

The work setting is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the bustling community of North Las Vegas. This onsite role operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. The clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and systems designed to enhance treatment efficiency and improve patient outcomes, including modalities for pain relief, exercise equipment, and technologies for gait training and neuromuscular therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on feedback and clinical assessment, ensuring the highest level of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and medical staff, to discuss patient progress and develop cohesive rehabilitation strategies.
• Provide education and strategies for injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness to empower patients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clientele will include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on creating tailored rehabilitation experiences that address each patient's personal goals, preferences, and lifestyle, making your approach vital to delivering effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Master's or Doctorate preferred.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
