A leading international wealth management platform is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a strong network in the Latin American market and a proven track record serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. The successful candidate will leverage a comprehensive platform of investment, banking, lending, and wealth planning capabilities to deliver sophisticated financial solutions and exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and families. Provide comprehensive wealth management advice, including investment management, asset allocation, financial planning, banking, lending, and insurance solutions. Grow assets under management through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. Create customized financial strategies using a holistic, goals-based planning approach. Partner with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions across investment, trust, lending, and wealth planning disciplines. Maintain the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility, compliance, and risk management. Travel as needed to meet with clients, prospects, and referral partners throughout assigned markets. Qualifications 6+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Advisory services. Demonstrated success working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families within the Latin American market. Established book of business and strong professional network preferred. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or professional designations such as MBA, CFP, or CFA are highly desirable. Proven business development and client acquisition success. Strong presentation, relationship management, and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex client relationships. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
