We're hiring motivated Truck Loaders/Unloaders to support a high-volume distribution center operation. This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy staying on the move, working as part of a team, and contributing to a critical supply chain operation.

Associates who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and performance may have the opportunity to transition into direct employment and grow into leadership, maintenance, logistics, or advanced equipment operator positions.

What You'll Do

• Load and unload 18-wheel trailers using movable conveyor systems.
• Handle freight efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.
• Utilize scanners, scales, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments.
• Sort, identify, count, label, and move products throughout the distribution center.
• Support shipping, receiving, and cross-dock operations.
• Apply proper loading techniques to ensure freight is transported safely.
• Maintain productivity goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets.

What We're Looking For

• Warehouse, loading/unloading, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience with picking, packing, order pulling, shipping, or receiving is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and inside trailers.
• Basic computer and scanner experience.
• Strong attendance record and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment with measurable performance goals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutherland, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $27.30/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
