Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction | Morristown, NJ Looking for a strong Project Manager to take ownership of ground-up industrial and commercial projects with a nationally recognized design-build contractor. What You'll Be Doing Lead ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. Own the budget, schedule, subcontractor management, and client relationships. Manage buyout, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate closely with field teams, design teams, and ownership. Track project costs, manage change orders, and drive overall project performance. Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and running efficiently. What They're Looking For 5-10+ years of construction project management experience. Strong background in industrial, warehouse, and commercial construction. Proven ability to run projects independently from start to finish. Exposure to mixed-use or multifamily projects is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
