Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Job Responsibilities:As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your day to day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team or Teams removing obstacles that hinder progress and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand ups sprint reviews and retrospectives. You will also identify and report progress through appropriate metrics. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team, and across multiple teams.Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices within the team and across projectsSupport team members in understanding and adopting Agile principles to enhance collaboration and deliveryAnalyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and foster transparencyFacilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and prioritiesChampion a culture of accountability and ownership to elevate the quality and consistency of deliverablesMust be willing to be onsite up to 4 days per week onsite with the client in Pennington, NJ or NYC. 5 days away per quarter is also required by the client.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 7 years of experience. Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required Advanced proficiency in Agile Process Coaching is recommended Advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management Associate's DegreePreferred QualificationsAgile Methods ADM for Distributed Agile Development is suggestedBachelor's DegreeCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
