Project Engineer - Commercial Construction

Project Engineer Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Construction related degree (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) Ability to read, understand and interpret blueprints and construction‑related documents Proficient with MS Office Suite Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project a plus Exceptional communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Professional attitude and experience Project Engineer Responsibilities Produce, monitor, track and distribute project ASI's, CCD's, RFI's and submittals Assist in procurement of building permits, Certificate of Occupancy, and other requirements Assist superintendent and project manager with quality assurance and quality control Attend weekly or biweekly OAC and/or subcontractor coordination meetings Coordinate distribution of bidding documents to prospective subs and suppliers Document construction progress through weekly site visits and photographs Assisting in the coordination and securing of owner furnished equipment and furnishings Help to create and maintain accurate as‑built drawings onsite Maintain project record documents including the assembly of final O&M manuals and as‑built drawings Assist project manager in miscellaneous project duties Fulfill special project needs as they arise For more information, reach out to Sydney Holland at View email address on click.appcast.io or View phone number on click.appcast.io.
