Customer Success Manager, Beneficial Deployments - Global Development

About the Role Join Anthropic as a Customer Success Manager supporting our Beneficial Deployments team’s initiatives in Global Development. You’ll apply enterprise‑grade customer success practices to partnerships with mission‑driven organizations, helping them harness the full potential of our Claude products—API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code—to amplify their social impact. Key Responsibilities Build trusting, strategic relationships with nonprofit leaders, program officers, and mission‑driven stakeholders to understand their goals and identify opportunities for AI optimization and expanded deployment. Become an expert in Anthropic’s products across API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code, and guide customers to the right solutions. Monitor usage patterns, proactively drive adoption, identify optimization opportunities, address underutilization, and discover new applications across departments. Develop and execute change‑management strategies appropriate for mission‑driven cultures, including Train‑the‑Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement. Create and maintain customer enablement resources to drive efficiency across the partner portfolio. Serve as a thought partner, enhancing customer understanding of Claude products by sharing product roadmap insights and engaging with Product PMs. Identify and create opportunity for thought leadership and community activation, such as webinars, cohort‑based learning, user communities, and peer networking. Document and quantify value realized through health outcomes, program effectiveness metrics, cost savings, and mission amplification to build compelling cases for continued investment in AI. Own the experience across the organization’s lifecycle—manage comprehensive account and success plans, conduct Quarterly Impact Reviews, and serve as the primary conduit between the organization and Anthropic. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Partnerships or similar. Experience working directly with global development organizations and familiarity with their challenges and opportunities. Experience driving success across both consumption‑based and seat‑based business models, understanding expansion levers and success metrics. Technical fluency and ability to articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns. Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to diverse audiences. Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities for expanded health impact and translate them into actionable plans. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to advocate effectively for customer needs. Passion for both AI and global health equity, with a strong interest in ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely, ethically, and deployed to benefit society. A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality. You are a true team player. Annual Salary
$200,000—$260,000 USD
Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Required field of study: Relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience. Minimum years of experience: Criteria aligned with internal job level requirements. Location‑based hybrid policy: All staff are expected to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
