Overview Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, Corporate Systems and based at DoubleVerify's NYC Global HQ, the IT Support Engineer, Americas is the face of IT for our New York office and the owner of end‑user hardware across the region. This is a high‑visibility role at the heart of HQ — you are the point of contact for employees when technology gets in their way and the trusted partner senior leaders rely on to keep their tech running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands‑on deskside support at NYC Global HQ, serving as the primary onsite technician for hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues across all departments. Run AV for live events at NYC Global HQ, setting up and troubleshooting AV for all‑hands meetings, town halls, executive briefings, and company events. Provide white‑glove support to C‑level executives and senior leadership, resolving technology needs for devices, conferencing, and collaboration tools. Manage the full lifecycle of end‑user devices in the Americas, including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, refreshes, asset tagging, shipping, and decommissioning. Lead IT onboarding for new hires, conducting orientation sessions, handing off devices, and walking new employees through core tools and access. Keep conference rooms AV‑ready, standardizing equipment and ensuring operation before meetings start. Triage, prioritize, and close incoming support requests within SLA, surfacing recurring issues for permanent fixes and knowledge‑base articles. Collaborate with the global Corporate Systems team across EMEA and APAC to align on standards, share knowledge, and support cross‑regional initiatives. Maintain office equipment and shared peripherals, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and proactively servicing printers and AV equipment at HQ. Qualifications 2–4 years of hands‑on IT support experience in a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows. Experience managing hardware logistics: device lifecycle, inventory, asset management, shipping. Hands‑on experience maintaining and troubleshooting printers and office peripherals. Experience supporting and operating conference room AV technology and enterprise conferencing platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams). Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent). Experience running IT onboarding and new‑hire orientation (advantage). Experience with Google Workspace end‑user support (advantage). Experience with MDM platforms (JAMF, Workspace ONE) (advantage). Experience with Okta or similar identity platforms (advantage). Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working directly with senior executives. Self‑starter with a proactive, service‑first mindset and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high‑energy environment. Travel Requirement This role may require occasional travel to regional U.S. offices and annual travel to other DoubleVerify offices for strategic meetings. Salary & Benefits The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications and internal equity. The estimated salary range is $77,000 – $131,000, with eligibility for bonus/commission, equity, and benefits.
