Maintenance Technician

About The Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that property units and other property facilities, are in good working order. This includes diagnosing and repairing HVAC units, electrical appliances, and outlets, plumbing, carpentry, locks, and similar repairs. Must be Team oriented and work well with others. This position also follows a planned preventive maintenance schedule and follows up with residents after repairs are completed. position, the applicant must have their EPA Certification, valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, be willing to work flexible hours and be on call after hours. Five years’ experience in Apartment Maintenance or a related Maintenance field is required.
