Apartment Maintenance Technician
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Must be HVAC Certified
Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Maintenance Technician to join a professional apartment community. Previous apartment maintenance experience is essential.
Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns and make-ready work
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, doors, locks, and other maintenance issues
- Complete preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Maintain the property's curb appeal and common areas
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Assist with emergency maintenance calls as needed
Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Experience with work orders, make-readies, and general maintenance repairs
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
