Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Pre/Post Recovery
This is a 13-week contract position.
Three 12-hour shifts with rotating call up to seven days per four-week schedule.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Cath Lab Pre/Post Recovery area. The role involves circulating, sedating, and completing documentation for a variety of cardiac procedures. The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and assist during diagnostic catheterizations and interventional procedures.
- Administer sedation and perform patient assessments in the recovery area.
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Must possess valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Prior Cath Lab or relevant nursing experience preferred (1 year).
- Experience with Siemens EMR software is a plus.
