Our ideal candidate:
- Does not take short cuts, and only accepts the highest quality finished product
- Enjoys responsibility and problem-solving
- Is able to work independently after receiving project instruction and specifications
- Values a safe work environment
- Is a skilled communicator with the Michael F. Simon Team and clients alike
- Has 5+ years' experience as a skilled carpenter, woodworker or handyman
- Lives within 15 minutes of the Madison area
- Has finish carpentry experience
- Is comfortable with Dropbox and smartphones
- Has a license and clean driving record
