Facility Maintenance Technician

Madison, WI, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly: Based on Experience We Offer Competitive weekly pay Paid time off Free and low-cost health, dental and vision insurance 401k plan with a generous employer match Company paid short term and long term disability and life insurance policy Responsibilities Perform general facility maintenance and repairs Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting Complete plumbing repairs and installations Perform basic electrical work and repairs Operate snow plows and conduct snow removal during winter months Apply sidewalk salt and ensure safe walking surfaces Complete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks Perform general carpentry work and building repairs Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Travel between PWS facilities as needed (Madison and Milwaukee) Qualifications Active and valid Wisconsin driver's license required Experience in facility maintenance, building trades, or related fields preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently PWS is an Equal opportunity / Aff...
