You'll be part of a collaborative Construction Services Team that values quality, accountability, and long?term relationships.What Makes This Role ExcitingAs a CRT, you'll work directly in the field on real?world municipal infrastructure projects—sewer, water, paving, and more—seeing your efforts turn into tangible improvements for the communities you serve.Early?career professionals receive paid training, mentorship, and hands?on experience.Experienced professionals contribute critical field expertise, coordination, and quality assurance.Senior?level technicians serve as trusted field leaders, mentors, and problem?solvers.Your responsibilities and influence grow with your experience—no two days are the same.What You'll DoResponsibilities scale with experience and may include:Reviewing construction of municipal infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standardsVerifying line, grade, materials, quantities, and workmanship using field measurements and toolsPreparing accurate daily reports, documentation, and record drawings using electronic reporting softwareCommunicating effectively with contractors, engineers, project managers, and municipal officialsServing as a professional point of contact for public inquiriesIdentifying construction issues and proactively recommending or escalating solutionsCoordinating on?site activities to support safety, efficiency, and qualityFor experienced candidates, responsibilities may also include:Acting as on?site coordinator or lead for construction projectsMentoring and supporting less experienced field staffProviding constructability insight and field leadership to project teamsWho This Role Is ForWe are intentionally open to a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.
