Job Title: Senior Manager, Talent Operations



Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Hybrid after initial onboarding



Pay Rate: $125K $150K Base

We are conducting a search for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations for a growing
manufacturing organization.
This is not a traditional HR Manager role, and it is not a pure Talent Acquisition position. We are
looking for a builder.

The person stepping into this role will help create and improve the talent infrastructure across an

approximately 800-employee organization, including:

Performance management and competency development
Talent acquisition, interviewing and selection processes
Learning and development
Career pathing and employee development
Hourly and salaried recruiting strategies
Better utilization of existing HR technology and LMS capabilities
Practical use of AI and technology to improve speed and effectiveness

The right person will be equally comfortable building a program from scratch and rolling up
their sleeves to execute it.
We are especially interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have personally built
and implemented talent programs rather than simply managed established processes.

What we're looking for:

5+ years of relevant HR/talent experience with broad exposure across multiple talent
disciplines
Demonstrated experience building talent programs or processes from the ground up
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to move from idea to execution quickly
Bachelor's degree required
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
AI/technology fluency highly desirable
Hands-on, flexible approach with the ability to work effectively with operational leaders

Grand Rapids, MI is the preferred location. Hebron, OH may also be considered for an
exceptional candidate.
