A well-established, high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in Woodbridge, NJ. What You'll Do

• Lead daily front and back of house operations to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health department regulations.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and operational budgets.
• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
