About the Position

Physical Therapist — Outpatient, Days

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient position in Jacksonville, FL. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and post-operative conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida state license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per facility and payer guidelines.
