Job Overview
You’ll join the Ninni Co. fulfillment team that gets orders ready and shipped for customers.
Ninni Co. is a mom-founded company that makes high-quality, eco-friendly pacifiers and bottles. Proudly made in the USA, our products are designed with pediatric insight to support healthy oral development for babies while giving parents peace of mind.
Duties
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for quality
- Organize and restock products into designated bins
- Prepare and stage packages for carrier pickup/shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively to meet daily shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
- Comfortable working on your feet and moving between stations.
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Previous warehouse, retail, or fulfillment experience a plus (not required)

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no nights/weekends).
- We can accommodate part-time (6 hrs/day) or full-time (up to 8 hrs/day)
- Consistency is important. We’re looking for someone who can commit to a reliable weekday schedule.
