This role will manage multiple retail construction projects from pre-construction through store opening and handover, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, permitting, contractor management, construction execution, and project closeout. You will partner closely with internal Real Estate, Design, Store Operations, architects, general contractors, landlords, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to POP MART's quality and brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong retail or commercial construction experience, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. What You Will Achieve Manage multiple retail construction projects from pre-construction and bidding through construction, punch list, turnover, and store opening. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones while maintaining quality, safety, and brand standards. Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, landlords, general contractors, vendors, and other project partners throughout the project lifecycle. Review General Contractor bids, support contractor selection, and manage contractor performance against approved scope, budget, and schedule. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, proposal requests, supplemental instructions, and other construction documentation. Partner with the Architect of Record (AOR) to ensure construction documents incorporate required design elements, internal and vendor markups, shop drawings, and technical requirements prior to bidding and construction. Proactively identify project risks, schedule delays, cost impacts, and scope changes, developing mitigation and contingency plans as needed. Lead recurring construction progress meetings and maintain clear documentation of project schedules, action items, change order logs, material approvals, and key decisions. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety, and adherence to approved plans and specifications. Coordinate punch lists, inspections, project closeout, and handover to Store Operations to support successful and timely store openings. Partner cross-functionally with Real Estate, Design, Store Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to support POP MART's U.S. retail expansion. Identify opportunities to improve construction processes, project controls, vendor performance, and overall speed to market. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5–7 years of commercial construction project management experience, with retail construction strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through completion. Strong knowledge of construction budgeting, scheduling, bidding, change orders, RFIs, submittals, permitting, and project closeout. Experience working directly with architects, engineers, general contractors, landlords, vendors, and cross-functional business partners. Strong financial and analytical skills with experience managing project budgets and identifying cost risks. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and aggressive project timelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction/project management tools. Ability to travel approximately 35–40% throughout the United States by land and air. The base salary range for this position is $120,000–$145,000 annually . This range is provided in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws and may vary based on geographic location. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and qualifications. This position may also be eligible to participate in the Company's incentive compensation program.
