Construction Project Manager

Summary A growing design-build construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of ground-up, residential projects. This is an opportunity to join a modern, technology-driven builder that brings design, construction, and project management together under one team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple active projects, with a strong focus on subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple active residential projects and assigned trade scopes Lead subcontractor bidding, buyout, scope development, and procurement Coordinate trade sequencing, manpower, inspections, materials, and lead times Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestones Track budgets, commitments, cost-to-complete, variances, and change impacts Work closely with field leadership to identify and resolve schedule and construction issues Manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, drawings, and project documentation through Procore Lead project coordination meetings and hold subcontractors accountable to commitments Identify constructability, cost, and schedule risks early and develop solutions Support consistent quality standards while minimizing rework and schedule delays Requirements 5+ years of construction project management experience Strong background in ground-up custom, luxury, or high-end residential construction preferred Strong subcontractor management, bidding, buyout, and procurement experience Strong understanding of project budgets, cost control, and construction scheduling Procore or comparable construction management software experience required Ability to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawings Experience working with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or model-based construction workflows preferred Strong Excel and scheduling software proficiency Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr RIMEPRO INC
