Our fast-paced concierge medical practice in Chevy Chase, MD, is looking for an organized, dependable, and personable medical receptionist to join our team.
Experience using Athena health EMR is required.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and managing check-in and check-out
Answering phones and scheduling office appointments
Helping patients arrange appointments with specialists and other providers
Requesting medical records and following up to ensure they are received
Verifying insurance and updating patient information
Assisting patients with questions, requests, and care coordination
Working closely with our clinical team to keep daily operations running smoothly
The ideal candidate can multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy office while providing attentive patient service. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and respect for patient confidentiality are essential.
