Candidate Screening Specialist Details:
- Temporary position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Approximately 2-3 months
- Manage and screen a high volume of incoming resumes for positions across various regions.
- Proactively engage with candidates to gather necessary additional information.
- Accurately input and maintain candidate data within spreadsheets, ensuring integrity and completeness.
- Conduct introductory informational calls with candidates, following a provided script to introduce the company and answer basic inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Potentially assist with candidate record updates and data entry within the ADP recruiting platform.
Candidate Screening Specialist Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, basic organization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to effectively follow established scripts and processes.
- Professional and service-oriented communication style.
- Familiarity with ADP Human Resources Software or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Previous experience in a Receptionist, Customer Service, or administrative support role.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) is a significant asset.
- Must have an updated Resume & be available for client onsite interview
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
